V-CARE FREIGHT FORWARDERS designs and executes logistics activities across the entire supply chain. This comprises of inbound logistics, manufacturing support, outbound logistics and distribution, in addition we also specialize in reverse logistics including spare management.

IN BOUND :

Customs Clearance : We manage the entire in-bound customs clearance process from the time a shipment lands till the time it is delivered to the final customer.

Kitting

We manage picking, consolidation, packing and delivery of parts based on a customers requirements. We integrate the kitting process into our warehouse operations so that the process becomes a coherent part of the inbound supply chain.

Quality control

We perform quality inspections in the warehouse and will remove goods that fail to meet standards. We specialize in garments and hard goods inspections both in the office and at customers factories.

Warehousing & Distribution

We offer ambient, racked solutions and fulltime inventory visibility for virtually any industry.

Deliveries

We provide our customers optimum transportation flows; we can undertake milk runs; multiple collection’s or delivery routes for customers. We can plan fixed routes with various loading/unloading points, combining the required orders from different customers at the same time to ensures optimal use of vehicle capacity and lower transportation costs.

We also provide JIT solutions to synchronize the movement of materials between operations to reduce inventory levels throughout the supply chain and optimize costs.

OUTBOUND LOGISTICS

Produced goods need to be delivered to customers in a cost-effective way that meets cost and service targets. V-CARE FREIGHT FORWARDERS puts its experience in warehousing and distribution of finished goods at the disposal of clients worldwide. We also offer shared facilities for straightforward storage or other regular warehousing requirements. REVERSE/AFTER SALES LOGISTICS

Spares parts management is becoming and increasingly important element in the supply chain requirement for many of our customers. With growing requirement for companies to differentiate themselves from competition, after market logistics is becoming a key differentiating factor for our customers in different industries. 

We offer the following services with regards to after sales logistics:

Reverse logistics

This involves the flow of surplus or unwanted material or equipment back through the supply chain after meeting customer demand. 

Returns logistics

We can manage the returns process for unwanted or damaged goods. These goods will be reused or disposed of on behalf of our customers.

Repairs/RMA 

We manage the receipt and repair of products or parts. Once repaired, the parts will return to the stock, to be reused at some point.

Scrapping Services

We can design and manage reverse flows to ensure that the surplus or unwanted material is handled in an environmentally responsible way.

Help Desks 

As a value added feature we can manage the help desk for our customers. This help or facilitation desk can take orders from, or book deliveries for, our customer’s customers.

LEAD LOGISTICS PROVIDER

After redesigning and optimizing a customer’s supply chain, V-CARE FREIGHT FORWARDERS will focus on managing the information technology and information flows. The Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) concept is based on the total management of the supply chain.

As a Lead Logistics Provider, we provide a wide range of logistics services to the entire supply chain, sometimes by using carefully selected logistics partners or transport companies. 

Our customer benefits from having just one logistics operator that oversees the entire supply chain. As LLP, we act as a seamless intermediary between our customer and the subcontracted providers, thus acting as a single point of contact for our customer.
